Evan Lloyd Gallant Born March 10th, 2010 @ 1:04 a.m. Weight: 7 lbs 9 oz. 21 1/2 in. Dana invited me up to Idaho so I could witness the birth of this handsome little guy. She made it look so easy! I'm pretty sure if every delivery was that easy, we would all have a million kids. I also got to take a bunch of pictures (obviously)  Here's their new family picture! Jonas meeting his new little brother for the first time. I'm not sure he knew what to think about him. Grandpa & Evan Proud Grandma Everyone wants to know how I now feel about having a baby. Well, pretty much the same as before!  Thanks Dana & Pete for letting me be there for such a beautiful experience.

Oh, but with such a good purpose! Don't think you are going to see too many of this kind of picture. Me and my "ready to pop" sister. In this picture Dana is 39 & I'm  26 weeks.  Even though I knew a part of being pregnant was to gain a bit a weight and everyone talks about your growing belly. I didn't realize how hard it would be for me to look at myself in the mirror and be okay with having my stomach getting bigger and bigger. It's weird. You live your whole life trying to have a flat stomach and now it's okay to let it "all hang out". It's just something I didn't think I would struggle with. Oh well. The price we pay to one day hold that bundle of joy in your arms.
