Stimulating... the economy.

Wahoo! Life is great. Really. Chris is finished with another semester (and didn't fail any classes ;)  Also,  I have a husband back... for now. The only thing with Chris being done with school is now he fills in his time with soccer.  If it isn't one thing, it's something else.

I am so happy it is spring. Who is with me here? We are fixing up the outside of our house this year and hopefully the inside next year.  

In case you can't remember what my barn house looks like... here you go.

Scary isn't it? Don't worry, the awnings are already gone.

First up is new windows. Thank you $1500 tax credit! We were going to do windows last year and boy are we glad we waited.

I would have to say that we are doing our part to "stimulate the economy."

I put this together myself. Aren't you proud?

Chris and I seriously feel like we aren't doing anything different as far as spending money goes. We have been pretty fortunate I guess.

Did I ever tell you all how much I love being primary chorister?! 

Here is one of the many reasons why. I have a handful of little sunbeams who every week bring me the pictures they colored in sacrament meeting followed by a hug. 

And yes, that is a velvet picture. I loved those as a kid.

I don't think people realize how time consuming being the primary chorister is. 

I sure didn't before I had to do it. But it is so rewarding when the kids love the music and actually sing them!
