Last Week

Jordis loves to dress herself. I think she's ready for fall just like her momma! Hooray! We made some friends! Jordis can't stop talking about sweet little Livia who lives just up the street. I used to be in a singing group in Brigham City and they were performing at the Box Elder County Fair. They asked me to come back one last time to sing with them. It was so fun seeing everyone again. Of course we had to stop in and see all the animals. Teagan celebrated her 10th birthday! 10! I can't believe how fast 10 years has gone by. I sure miss seeing those mountains everyday. Sunday naps sure are the best.

Happenings

I found out that Jordis is a typical girl. Company was coming over for dinner, so daddy told her to go and pick out and put on a shirt. Jordis ended up pulling out ALL of her shirts and trying them on. I could just tell that she was thinking that she had absolutely NOTHING to wear! She ended up coming out of her room wearing a baby bib and a beanie. Go figure. Jordis' favorite activity is playing with playdough. She always has to have a necklace, two bracelets, and two rings. She might also don a dot in the middle of her forehead. One of the things we look forward to seeing everyday is the squirrel who travels across our fence to get to different trees. For some reason, Jordis is obsessed with weaingr our socks (in case you couldn't tell). Also, she thinks that anytime she watches a movie, she has to wear her tiger headphones. I've tried out a few new recipes since moving to our new place. Thank you pinterest for the delicious zucchini bluebe...

We Moved

Yes, it's true. We moved from the state that we've lived in our entire 28 years of life. Idaho is now  home for the time being. Here's us enjoying Hogle Zoo, singing along to the uke, playing in our new backyard, exploring at the library, checking out the site and restaurants, and daddy's socks.

Binkie Be Gone!

Hip, hip, hooray! ^^^This binkie is no more!   And this ^^^ didn't last  as long as I thought it would. Now I have a super happy 18 month old girl who isn't "hooked" to that little plastic thing anymore. Happy Christmas everyone!

Halloween!

Best Halloween Ever! Our sweet little owl. Jordis loved every second of it.  Once she figured out that people were giving her candy, she didn't want to stop and kept asking for more! She even signed thank you to everyone. Maybe next year she'll actually say it. Hope your Halloween was as good as ours!
