Hello everybody! I just got back from a conference in Seattle Washington for my work. Let me tell you... I had a blast. I could seriously move there tomorrow.
As we were coming into Seattle we passed Mt. Rainer. I couldn't resist taking a picture from the plane. I guess I have a tendency to do that.
We went to our hotel first and they let us check in early, which is awesome! The Cheesecake Factory was just down the street from our hotel (along with pretty much anything else we wanted to do) I had never eaten there before and it was just OK for me. The Cheesecake by the way was extremely good though. p.s. I really stink at taking these kind of pictures.
After lunch we walked down to Pike's Place Market. We had to walk through it to get to the Seattle Aquarium. I loved it by the way.
I just love how cute sea otters are. I could watch them play all day.
After the Aquarium we went on an Harbor Cruise, these are a few pictures of the view along the way.

We got a special treat the next morning, Chris Gardner who wrote The Pursuit of Happyness, spoke to us. He is such a nice guy. Really.
Cheesy, I know, but there was no other way to get a picture of myself at the top of the Space Needle. I am still not quit sure it was worth $16.
I seriously have THE BEST BOSS! Dr. Terry took us to Anthony's on Pier 66. It was definitely the best Alaskan King Crab legs I have ever had and probably the freshest.
On our way home from dinner we walked out onto the pier and there just happened to be a butt load of sail boats at sunset. Pretty darn cool if I do say so myself.
The next couple of days I actually did what I was suppose to do, go to some classes. I am sure that they would have been pretty boring to most of you, but they were really good. Just thought you ought to know. :)
We went to Pikes Place Market on Saturday during lunch. If you ever go there try to avoid it on this day and time. I really didn't get to enjoy it that much because it was SO busy.

The ladies I work with all wanted fish and chips. I am not a huge fan of fish, but I went along. I was extremely squished but and experience that everyone has to do. Are you asking about my face in this picture? I am surprised that one of the ladies I work with actually ate here.
For the end of the convention we usually have some band be our entertainment, but this year it was Jay Leno. I prefer David Letterman myself, but he was still pretty funny.
I would totally recommend everyone to visit Seattle. I forgot to tell you that we were leaving just as the 2nd largest gay parade was starting 4 blocks away. Darn. I hope I can see it one day. ;)
