Happy Halloweenie!

This is my absolute favorite time of year! For the past 4 years I have put on a costume party and this year's was THE best one so far. Thank you everybody who came and brought yummy delicious food!

Here are a bunch of pictures my sister Dana took with her new camera (yes, I am jealous dad!)
I wanted my hair in ringlets so Dana took a couple of hours curling every piece of my hair and then pinning it up. I felt so funny with it like this.

So here is our finished product! We are Mrs. Lovett and Sweeney Todd.
We went all out this year on our costumes and I didn't regret it.

Carrie loves Halloween just as much as I do and she was so willing to help me with everything. And she puts up with me talking about Halloween in July!

They dressed up as the ultimate Florida Gators fans.

Pete, Dana, and Jonas as Todd and Sarah Palin. Jonas is the Republican Elephant.
I thought that this was so creative and Dana kinda looks like Sarah.

Glade and Shari were Uncle Sam and the Statue of Liberty.
McKinley was Juliet, Avrie was a little lamb, Brockston was Superman, and Paige was a Fairy from a Barbie movie.
I was way impressed that Glade came dressed up and didn't complain. Thanks Glade!

Annette, Ty, and Brad as a scary witch, Ronaldinho, and a vamp.

Chris's friend from work came because they also love Halloween and aren't afraid to dress up.
Missy was a pregnant Vamp, Blake was some guy from a video game (sorry I can' remember which one), and their little boy Isaac was a puppy.

I was so happy that Craig and Stefanie came! Stefanie was a lady bug, and Craig was a freaky clown (clown's scare me!)

My mom and Dad were Zeus and Hera.
I think they did a pretty good job for not knowing what they were going to be until the party started ;0)

Jeremy was an Aggie, Alisha was a kitty, and Gavin and Ethan were from Star Wars, and Teagan was Rapunzel.

We also went on a hayride and it was so much fun! We were cold enough after to make hot chocolate with whipped cream on top. Yum!
Just a heads up. Next year will be a ho-down, so giddy up cowboys!
Thanks again everybody!

I was just blog-hopping (via DeeAura's blog) and noticed your rule.... so, I must obey. I'm Jenni Price and I married Matt Bell. You probably will know him before you know me. ;) I LOVE the costumes! We love dressing up for Halloween as well, so we love to see it when other people do!

Playlist Fun

I thought this would be a cool idea, and a chance for me to brag about how awesome we are ;) I decided to create a playlist that only had bands on it that either Jena or I (or both) have seen in concert. So you are now listening to this playlist. Here is a little information to go along with the playlist: It only includes bands that we wanted to see, it doesn't include opening bands (unless we really liked them). You will notice that there is more than 1 song for a few of the bands. This reflects how many times we have seen them live. (Yes, I have seen Red Hot Chili Peppers 3 times, and I will see them again if I have the chance.) I refused to include songs from 2 of the concerts that Jena has been to, for personal reasons. These concerts are Garth Brooks and The Dixie Chicks. The first concert I ever went to was in 8th grade and it was Jimmy Page and Robert Plant. You know, from Led Zeppelin. I took my dad to see Deep Purple for Father's Day a few years back. Smoke on the Wate...

Our Everyday Life: Weeks 15-21

Where do I begin?! A lot has happened in the few short weeks that I haven't blogged. We unexpectedly moved back to Utah! Not only Utah, but our old hometown. **** Before we moved back to Utah, we visited family in Utah for Thanksgiving. Creating hand turkeys with Mema for thanksgiving. Jordis was quite positive that we couldn't see her. Barber Family Photo! I think he's pretty handsome... Boy band shot. All the grand kids.  We made candy sleds to race at GG's house with some of Jordis' cousins.  ****    We frequently head to the Harley store as a form of entertainment. Jordis could ride on this rocking  Harley all day. Notice that she HAS to wear gloves while riding. We had one last get together with some of our really good friends in Twin before we left. Visiting someones house that they decorate their entire yard and ...
